Where can I find Large sized womens shoes (12w-13w) in Dallas?

for athletic shoes, try a nike or other brand-specific store, they usually carry all sizes, or use men’s shoes from any store (about size 10 or 11 men’s). for other shoes, Payless Shoe Source has shoes through size 13, in many styles (athletic, heels, sandals…)
sorry, i don’t live in dallas, so i don’t know other stores, but these are usually good, and are nation-wide. many department stores only have through size 10, but, if you ask, they may be able to order larger ones, it’s worth a try

Why not just use MEN’S shoes and say they’re women’s?

in Big Town u know the little shopping center by the water tower. 9.99 that’s the store’s name. u gotta look for it it’s kinda hidden. up to ten dollars a pair and most of the shoes are pretty cute depending on the style your looking for.
