Where can i find a size 2x corset, garter belt, and a womens size 13?

Author: Im going to the Rocky Horror Picture Show at the end of the month, and i was wondering if anyone knew where i can find an in town store that sells corsets, garters, and farily Large Womens Shoes?
I like in Kentucky so any specifics are greatly appreciated
Fredricks of Hollywood sells corsets and garters in larger sizes. And this website www.arsenicfashions.com will even make a custom order for you. They also have plus sizes in regular stock as well! 
As for shoes…most places sell large shoes. Especially over the Internet. I did find an awesome website that was doing an overnight mail promotion where they paid me $5 to overnight the shoes I purchased. I don’t know if they are still doing it or not. Http://www.endless.com.
